SMOKED SALMON AND TIGER PRAWN CORNETS
- 400g smoked salmon slices 12 Tiger Prawns Lemon wedges to serve Marie Rose Sauce to serve Mixed leaves to serve
Overlap two slices of smoked salmon to make a fan shaped surface, lay 3 Tiger Prawns in the middle. Wrap the salmon around the prawns to make a cornet shape. Make 3 more and place on two serving plates garnished with mixed leaves.
· Serve with Marie Rose Sauce and lemon wedges.
