If your order arrives damaged please sign for accordingly and advise us immediately by email or telephone.
If your order is not what you ordered please advise us immediately by email or telephone.
We will deal with your complaint quickly within an absolute maximum of 48hours upon receipt.
We will then give you advice what to do next.
We will cover all costs directly relating to your complaint up to a maximum of the amount charged to your chosen payment method.
You will be required to return the goods at our expense.
Once we have received the returned items you will be reimbursed for 100% of the amount charged subject to the following conditions.
Returned goods MUST be accompanied by a valid reason for making the return.
